I hated the first episode. I didn't watch it again for almost two months, but episode 2 turned it right around and i was hooked. I'm not sure if universities in Korea don't have anything but teens, but it seems a bit unlikely that an older student was such a novelty.
The poor woman had such a promising life which was stolen by a narcissistic coward, but i get the feeling in the end they both blamed their lives on their son rather than themselves and in one scene actually said out loud he was a regrettable mistake. How he dealt with it so well is absolutely beyond me, but that's tv.
The narcissist got the life he deserved, and she had some of the best friends in the world, which is what made this weird story entirely watchable.
