A charming ad Warning: Spoilers
Sure, this probably isn't some life-changing experience, but it was cute.

In some ways, it almost felt like a teaser scene or a preview from a much bigger story (In reality, this apparently was just a promotional animation for some toy store, so it's basically an ad, albeit a very charming one)

The director, Yojiro Arai, has worked in some Ghibli films (Such as The Borrower Arriety, From Up on Poppy Hill and the Hayao Miyazaki short Mr. Dough and the Egg Princess, hence the overall "Ghibli feel" this short had.

Is not a masterpiece, but it doesn't need to be outstanding to be very enjoyable to watch.

Short films talk about daydreaming a lot. So, in terms of concept, it's not very new. The reason why there are so many of them might be that it gives the writer chance to use his imagination. In dreams, nothing is impossible, so in such films, there are no boundaries to your creativity.

This film fails to show the creative side of its director. There is not anything about the way it's made. The dream is not that beautiful.
