At the beginning of the episode DCI Kate Fleming tries to staunch the flow of blood from a gunshot wound of Sgt. Danny Waldron. Paramedics arrive and Kate is ordered to leave. She walks out with blood covering her hands but once she is on the street her hands no longer have any blood on them as she takes her cellphone to make a call.
A few minutes into the episode Arnott leaves an office by opening the door towards him (i.e., pulling it toward him). Yet, the sign on the other side of the door clearly reads "Pull" when it should say "Push".
At around 34 mins, a video screen showing the five AFO personnel includes WPC Jacqueline Brickford and WPC Katherine Francis. The gendered WPC designation, meaning Woman Police Constable, was phased out of British policing during the 1990s.
