Not bad but some plot holes

Overall it's not bad as "slasher" type shows go, but there are some pretty messed up mistakes. In S1E6, the cop goes to murder the prostitute and leaves his DNA all over her body. When Ariel pulls the knife on the cop in the basement and gets the keys, she could have just locked him in and got away, but then that would have precluded the need for the scene where he snatches the protagonist and gets her into his cop car. What's dumb about that is he threatens to shoot her in the cop car unless she dumps her phone out of the window. How would he explain the blood and the bullet hole? He then whacks her in the knee with a tire iron, but she's subsequently able to get away and run. The next day she can barely walk . I haven't finished yet, so I'm sure there will be more dumb mistakes.
