As a plea deal is brought forth to the judge for accused child kidnapper, rapist and killer Lewis Hodda (Tom Sizemore) he decides to recant his confession at the last minute. Because Hodda is claiming coercion under duress, Lt. Benson's (Mariska Hargity) interrogation methods are scrutinized and questioned.
