As further efforts are made to put together what happened to the young soccer player, some pretty weird stuff comes to light. It turns out that the police chief has been having a good time at some S & M parties that are being held on a farm by the wacko woman and her brother. It turns out that the victim stole some money from them and they took a shot at him. But his injuries were way more extensive than a gunshot. Meanwhile, it is obvious Zoe is really getting in over her head. Her new found friend has connections to a crazy guy who is the son of a diplomat. He gets kids all hepped up on drugs and takes advantage of them. Peeters gains the trust of his young sidekick who is conflicted about his loyalty to the chief--until this episode. This is a really sick town. There seems to be a nut around every corner.
