I just love the way they combine food and history in the same show. It fascinates me to find out how we got the food we eat and how it has evolved from where it started to what it is today.

I really enjoy any show that talks about the origin of food or how it's made and this show is chock full of interesting facts and also debunks certain longtime food myths.
The show is full of really corny jokes, but that does not bother me at all and I really enjoy this show!

I've never been much of a TV watcher, but a friend turned me on to this Food Fact or Fiction, and I loved it! Then I cut my cable off cuz I never watched much else, so now I was checkin to see if there's a box set on DVD so I can see the ones I missed!
