Best non HBO TV drama ever

I loved first two seasons of Fargo, but never had a chance to see season 3 until now. Just as good. Only thing I wonder is if the Ewan McGregor character Emmit is intentionally reminiscent of Kramer from Seinfeld. Looks, voice, mannerisms, I can't get it out of my head.
