Beautifully told story.

The direction of this movie not only made it feel as I'm watching a story about a serious subject of mental illness, but feelings of elation watching a wonderful transformation of self healing and hope. The simplicity of this movie made me feel as I am brought in to the telling of Taren's story as well as all characters. I highly recommend anyone who has had or felt depression or known anyone with depression to watch this movie. The "ups" and "downs" were portrayed in such a real manner. I have so much empathy for Taren and am so grateful to be brought along on her journey. Such a fantastic portrayal of pain, healing, hope and self discovery.

A must see film!

I had the pleasure of viewing this film at a film festival and I must say, this is a film I would not normally view due to the subject matter. But, I came out more educated on this subject and it really got me thinking and I now have compassion to all those out there suffering silently. I did not expect to laugh at times and I also cried because the performance from the lead actress was overwhelming and so truthful. How could I not come out with more compassion.

I really hope this film finds a good platform so others like me have the chance to view and share.

God bless this filmmaker for taking the courage to expose herself in such a truthful and heartfelt way. This film is a Must see!

Beautiful

This film is such a genuine portrayal of a side of the human condition that our society often doesn't understand, or doesn't quite know how to deal with. To be in a dark pit with seemingly only one way out.

This will help so many people.

We all know someone who has been there, or experienced it ourselves, but it is still such a misunderstood topic, or one many people choose to avoid facing. It touches your heart, makes you cry, makes you laugh and really shows the real struggle of depression that so many suffer in silence with.

There is always hope, always something more to create, and this film is proof of that.

God does his best work through those who have suffered the most.

Absolutely beautiful.
