In the flush of love just having recently run into Josh, Rebecca sends Paula a text to confirm how much she loves Josh, the text sent during a deposition meeting where Rebecca and Paula are in attendance with the judge, the two clients and the opposing lawyer. When Paula motions to Rebecca that she didn't receive the text, Rebecca finds that she mistakenly sent the text to Josh instead. An initially horrified Rebecca remembers that Josh left his phone at home while he went out to his tae kwon do class, and that Valencia also has back-to-back yoga classes, meaning that to save herself from Josh seeing the text, she has to break into their apartment, find Josh's phone and figure out his password to delete the text before either Josh or Valencia make it home in about three hours. First, however, Rebecca has to get out of the deposition meeting, which may not be as easy as she hopes...or is it? Rebecca has to decide how far she will go to delete the text while not being caught. Regardless, Rebecca may be solo on this mission as Paula and Scott have scheduled a romantic dinner together alone as a "professionally" advised measure to put some spark back in their marriage, which they both realize has long been suffering. If Rebecca does impose on Paula during this crucial time, it may irreparably affect Paula's marriage.
