Groundhog Day on 12 Monkeys was by far my favorite episode. Jennifer Goines using that line in this episode was pure genius. Thank you writers!
Casandra goes back to 2020 to assassinate Doctor Jones per her request. Jones thinks she's made things worse by inventing time travel and thinks it's better if she is taken out. James finds out what's going on and follows Casandra to try and stop her but they find themselves in a never ending loop ala Groundhog Day.
James then finds Jennifer in a detention center there and she helps him figure out what must be done to get out of the loop. Apparently Time will not allow them to kill Doctor Jones because she must be able to invent time travel. So Time resets the day regardless of what they do. Jennifer tells James, "you must do something without doing anything". What James comes up with is what gives the ending of this episode the most perfect ending. I cannot spill anymore beans because the final outcome is just too good spoil. You'll thank me in the end.
Overall I give this episode a perfect 10 for giving me that "Bill Murray it's cold out there everyday" feeling and also giving me the best ending imaginable.
