Lil Peep's older brother is opening up about the death of the late rapper at just 21 years old.
Karl Ahr, who goes by Oskar, recently talked to People about the tragic death of Lil Peep, who died of a suspected Xanax overdose, according to Tuscon, Arizona, police. Despite a few of the rapper's heartbreaking social media posts in the days and hours leading up to his death -- which bluntly allude to drug use and feelings of depression -- Oskar says the suspected overdose was an "accident."
“It was an accident, it really was an accident,” Oskar, 23, says. “He was super happy with where he was in life.”
“We [the family] have heard there was some sort of substance he did not expect to be involved in the substance he was taking," he continues. “He thought he could take what he did, but he had been given something and he didn’t realize what it was.”

Dean Otto remembers the exact moment he was hit while riding his bike early one Saturday morning last September – and despite having no feeling in his legs, he remembers chatting with the guy who hit him while waiting on the side of the road for the ambulance.
“I said a prayer and I forgave the kid who hit me. It was an accident – there was condensation on his windshield – he didn’t see me for a split second,” Otto tells People.
That split second changed everything.

There are two passages in episode 11 of “Twin Peaks: The Return” that perfectly crystallize why the show, in all of its various iterations, has always been so special. One is a sequence, the other is a single shot. The sequence epitomizes David Lynch’s novel approach to narrative — the shot illustrates how that approach has evolved over the last 25 years, and why David Lynch (the actor) has become so invaluable to David Lynch (the storyteller).
The sequence begins in a small town diner. Three people are wedged into a booth along the wall: A waitress, her police officer ex-husband, and their bleary-eyed adult daughter. They slouch in their seats like they’re unsure of the roles they’re supposed to play, their alien posture suggesting that it might have been years since the last time they all sat down together for a meaningful heart-to-heart — since the last time they felt like a family.
