The year is 1999 and Britney Spears (one of the biggest stars of the planet at this point already) released her song "Born to Make You Happy" and these slightly under 4 minutes (one of her shortest) we have here are the music video that came with it. I personally think this song and video are another success for Britney. It's a funky fast love song and even if I do not really like the title, I like what they made with it. After having watched some of Britney's old videos, it strikes me that the chorus is often not the best thing about them, even the catchiest, but the parts in-between are when Britney and the lyrics really shine. And it also needs to be said that her outfits in here are all absolutely amazing, especially the futuristic clothing and makeup she weary very early. Another good pop song from the 1990s. Certainly worth checking out.
