When Angela walks into a room to speak with Bones and Dr. Wells her new diamond necklace is clearly visible on the outside of her dress. When she turns around to leave the office the necklace is inside the dress and not showing.

Angela says she is using counter-steganography because the file is encrypted. The craft of breaking/reversing encryption is called cryptanalysis. Steganography is the craft of hiding data in other data (e.g. an image file), so that it won't be noticed the hidden data is there.
