- Robbo is concerned to see a photofit of Novak on the front page of the paper. Kat brings Ben to the station where he gets thrown in the cells after refusing to co-operate. Ziggy asks Brody for help; he refuses to lie but won't give a statement. However, when Ben remains unrepentant and a check shows he assaulted his brother when he was eighteen, McCarthy charges him. Maggie has to pay $5000 bail and Ben apologises to Brody but still wants him to stay away from Ziggy. Ryder tells Alf and Roo he is Quinn's son but won't help them contact her and later steals $50 from Alf and shouts Coco a drink. Alf reluctantly lets him stay. Robbo breaks into Kat's flat to look at the files on the corruption case; he is seen by Marilyn, who mentions it to John and then dismisses it. Kat later finds Robbo looking at the police computer as Alf turns up and tells them he recognises Novak.—skteosk

Ben refuses to take the police inquiry into him assaulting Brody serious as the victim refuses to file a complaint, but is jailed and bailed having been convicted as a teen after a fight with his brother who 'bothered Maggie', Brody still accepts his feeble apology without free pass to date Ziggy.
