A DOS business simulation game where the player assumes the role of president of a transportation company. Map graphics are rendered in a 2D isometric view similar in look to
SimCity 2000 (1993). The player begins with a bank loan with which he can finance the building of truck, bus, and railway stations, ship docks and airports, the rails and roads to connect them, and the vehicles to haul passengers and cargo. Scattered about the map are various population centers, industries, and raw materials locations (mines, farms, oil fields, etc.). The object of the game is to make a profit by moving passengers and cargo to where it's needed, coal to power plants, oil to refineries, lumber to mills, passengers and mail between cities and towns, all while not drawing the ire of local authorities (they won't be happy if you demolish half the town to build your railroad station - but they can be assuaged somewhat by the planting of trees). Game play spans the years 1930 to 2030. As the game progresses chronologically, new improved vehicles (monorail and MagLev trains, jet planes, etc.) become available for use. A player whose company manages to avoid bankruptcy and remain in business until the year 2030 is declared a "winner". Although time (and periodic advancements in vehicle technology) stops there the player can continue playing the game indefinitely.
