Never watched this show ever.

Don't know any of the characters. But, Lena Dunham must be an insane good writer to have done what is really an exquisite one act play with two characters. Incredibly written, great characters, stunning acting, and a really topical situation with real every day implications for women in uncomfortable situations.

Seriously didn't recognize Matthew Rhys. Knew him from The Americans and Brothers and Sisters, but not until the credits, did I know it was him (not really a spoiler) He was unbelievably good in this role. Totally real.

The scene where they read his writing...the scene in bed....

Lena...Keep writing! Direction pretty good too! Actually watched it twice.

Is this fiction? Is anything Fiction?

One Man's Trash 2.0

Warning: Spoilers
It's a little better than that season 2 episode. But still pretty awful. For being part of an era where Girls simply lost its spark. With insufferable leads, including Hannah. Who's just infuriating at that point. She's vain and opinionated, yet clueless and immature. So no wonder the episode went the way it did. Matthew Rhys is a great actor, and he's the real reason to watch that one. But it's just another script that made Hannah look annoying and foolish, and I'm over that. The show's only has a bundle of episodes left, before the series wrap. And she hasn't learned anything. At least it was Elijah free. Which is a good thing, because I can't stand him, and probably never did actually. But just like « One Man's Trash » it's a weird episode, that don't look real, and adds nothing to the season's arc.
