The airline featured in this episode is Oceanic Airlines, the fictional airline featured on ABC's hit show, Lost.
According to director Rob Corn, the scene in which Jackson and April have a fight in the apartment (the fortune cookies scene) was 11 pages long in the script, but only took 11 hours to shoot on one Sunday.
This is the first episode since "Remember the Time" to feature new footage of the now-former residents in the light blue scrubs.
The crib Jackson destroys is not the same crib that April's mom gave them when they furnished the nursery. The original crib was in the Kepner family for April and all of her sisters; the new crib is a sleigh-style crib and was not shown in previous episodes.
This episode's title originated from the song Unbreak My Heart, originally sung by Toni Braxton.
