As with most Netflix Originals, each season of this will have thirteen episodes. I could not wait for more seasons to come. I hoped for this to get better by the season. Fingers crossed.
Fernando is now made a series regular as he moves into the Fuller household. Nobody wants him to move in, but Kimmy says it will only be temporary.
Stephanie meets a handsome young man named Jimmy who turns out to be Kimmy's younger brother. Remember when she had three sisters? Remember her older brother, Garth? Anyway, it is love at first site.
Two more subplots involve Jackson still being in Lola's friend zone and Max doing a summer project.
DJ is throwing her annual end-of-summer barbecue and finally choses between Matt and Steve, although the only one to hear it is Tommy. Bad news, the now best friends (the gay undertones aren't even that bad) already now have girlfriends. They bring their girls--a pretty dumb move that would hurt anyone in DJ's shoes. This arc has taken a serious turn.
Nice little episode. I don't really care for Jimmy and the stories (other than DJ's) were a little flat, but all in all this episode was okay.
