Although this episode is supposed to be filmed in a documentary style, several scenes completely ignore the logic of it. For example, when Bones and Booth are driving to a suspect, they are followed by one cameraman. Logically, this would mean that the situation is filmed in either one continuous take or in separate takes that were shot at different times. However, the cameraman is seemingly able to film the scenario from multiple angles simultaneously, which is only possible when at least two cameras are present.
When Angela is being interviewed in the documentary about Hodgins's accident she says that after being blown up at the crime scene he was in the hospital and was paralyzed from the waist down. He actually walked about of the hospital seemingly okay. It was not until later that his spinal injury became evident and paralyzed his legs.
