- In heterosexual marriages, the player's husband or wife may ask if you want to have a baby. The birthing is not shown, though mentions of the pregnancy appear in dialogue.
- Players can build relationships with, and eventually marry both members of the opposite and the same gender, though this is entirely optional. There is no risque dialogue or sexual content associated with this.
Violence & Gore

- Some mild violence/bashing of non-human creatures with swords while exploring caves.

- The word 'damn' infrequently appears in gameplay.

- Alcoholic drinks can be consumed in the game. Upon consuming them, the player's character becomes tipsy for a few seconds, slowing down their movement speed.
- Some background characters are seen smoking pipes/cigarettes.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Despite the game's child friendly appearance, some of the character backstories can be depressive. For example, the character Shane is an emotionally unstable and slightly suicidal alcoholic, also a single father. Exploring them however is mostly optional.
- Linus is homeless.
