- Werner accepts Poppy's death. Will Natascha be able to sing during the ceremony? Isabelle's attempts to lure Sebastian away from Luisa seem to be successful. Norman abuses his position as the "chief porter".
- Luisa finds mourning Werner in the funeral parlor and comforts him. He finds Poppy's present for their first wedding day: a memory stick with her memories about them. He feels resistance against a funeral but finally realizes that the Poppy in his heart can't be buried. André asks Natascha to sing on Poppy's funeral. Natascha thinks she is not worth that because she always treated Poppy with arrogance. But then she remembers a song she refused to sing once for the very young Poppy who begged for it. She sings it during the ceremony. Sebastian offers Isabelle his room for a good night sleep; the room she rents is very noisy. She asks Sebastian to stay on his room so she isn't alone this night. He sleeps on a mat. Beatrice puts pressure on Isabelle. Luisa and Sebastian are ready to go on Poppy's funeral; Isabelle calls Sebastian and tells him to come to Paul who begs for him and seems to get an attack; that turns out to be false alarm. David accompanies Luisa to the funeral. Isabelle tells Sebastian that Paul wants them to be a family. David holds Luisa's hand during the ceremony. Bellboy Norman and chief porter Alfons still act in the professional swap. When Alfons refuses to free him from his night shifts Norman puts pressure on him. Friedrich catches Nils trying to help "bellboy" Alfons. Nils addresses his son Norman his bad behavior. The famous American actor and stuntman Dexter Torrence is coming to the hotel. "Chief porter" Norman decides he will accompany him during the yearly wild boar haunting although you have to be very fit for that.—B. Dijkhoff
