- This is if not the goriest, one of the goriest games ever made
- Throughout the school you can find pieces of paper that describes with severe detail how the past kids died
- Throughout the school there are dead bodies on the ground in the hallways or in the classrooms from previous victims
- The ghosts of the kids that roam the school have parts of their bodies missing
- If you get cought by the ghosts of the kids you are killed in many different ways
- All of the 24 bad endings contain severe gore

Violence & Gore
- One of the many bad endings is about the little girl getting cought and being tortured until death by a chasing killer
- At the end of chapter one in all of the endings you find Seiko dead by hanging
- If you die in this school you are cursed to re live your death over and over again and because of that you walk past the teacher jumping from the school and commiting suicide over and over again
- When Mayu is killed she is seen talking to the ghosts of the kids, then they pick her up into the air and smash her into a wall in the hallway, you can clearly see her remains, you can stumble upon it sometimes and one of the characters really enjoys the remains and even takes pictures for later
- In one of the bad endings Satoshi lost his piece of paper so he uses the one from their dead friends, as a result to that when the others get back they are holding his chopped off hands
- We later find out that Naomi was the one who killed her friend Seiko when she was possessed
- In one of the bad endings that is necessary to get Ayumi is killed and we can clearly see her dead body full of blood and Yoshiki proceeds to eat her dead body
