- The first boss is naked mermaid-like creature, however her entire torso is covered in scales so there is no nipples and it just ends up looking like a tight shirt, and the entire lower half of her body is covered by the water she is standing in.
- The bottoms of Miriam's bloomers can be seen a couple times during certain animations of her jumping.
- When holding up on the control stick/pad, Miriam will go into one of two coquettish poses, one after another.
- Miriam goes through several outfits in the game, most of which are Victorian era dresses that have been sexualized(short skirts, shoulders showing, minor cleavage, etc)
- A woman sits in a bathtub and the top of her back from her shoulder blades up are visible. A dress magically forms on her body and she rises from the tub, a boss fight ensues.

- Some minor blood splatter can be seen when the heroine slashes with melee weapons at different monsters.
- Two persons duel with each other with swords on different occations.
- A man is dragged offscreen by demons.
- Various supernatural monsters attack the player by biting, with melee weapons or shooting projectiles.
- One room features a fountain with blood instead of water.
- A vampire bathes in a bathtub full of blood.

- There is little to no swearing, but characters do speak of hell and demons in the context of a demon invasion being part of the story.

- The game has a dark and creepy undercurrent to it, not unlike the Castlevania titles IGA worked on in the past.
- When Miriam and Johannes arrive in town, it has been completely destroyed and overrun by demons. The burning ruins and allusions to many villagers being killed is quite distressing.
- This game is a lot like Castlevania. It's one of the best and most popular MVs ever made, but the creepiness of it and the freaky design of the enemies and bosses means it might not be for everyone.
