A film/documentary that is very discriminating against pitbulls. If you are against breed discrimination, I would not suggest watching this film.
If I could rate this less than 1 I would. As somebody in the veterinary field, I absolutely do not agree with this film whatsoever. I have seen "Pitbulls" (which actually isn't an actual breed) do less damage than a 2 pound nasty Chihuahua. Just because "Pitbulls" are breed for fighting does not mean at all that they are nasty dogs. With every breed of dog, you are going to get the nasty ones. If you want to make a show about nasty dogs, do it on all dog breeds. Just because a dog is what we call a Pitbull, does not mean at all that that dog is nasty. It is absolutely horrific that the good animals are being euthanized just because they were born into that breed. I have seen any breed of dog attack a human. I got attacked as a kid by Cocker spaniel, and you don't see a movie about Cocker spaniels being euthanized just because its a Cocker spaniel. I think it is wrong on so many levels that this show is discriminating against "pitbulls". And I'm sorry that the young kid was attacked by one, but there was food involved, and chances are, somewhere in there, the dog saw the boy and his food as a threat. Dogs do NOT attack just because they feel like it, they have to be enticed. I wish I never even clicked on the movie to begin with. It is wrong, and discriminatory because there was one young boy killed by a "pit", when they're actually one of the nicer breeds of dogs that I've dealt with.
