Really loved it when Danny who really has helped more of Steve get out of a scrape than Steve has helped him. Really not just had to land the plane and break cover after Steve got shot. And nearly died.

But Danny had to rely upon the air instructors and break cover in his and Steve's undercover assignment when the latter gets shot and how not just Steve's life was on the line.

But Danny went all out bad*ss to get the thugs who nearly cost him his partner and friend's life. And even went so far to donate part of his liver, like he donated part of his body earlier in the season so that his young son Charlie can live.

However the way Steve came out in the end. Everybody was applauding him instead of Danny. Not one card nor even being so grateful his partner went out of his way to do that. Or saying thank you and having owed his life to Danny.

Really Steve that is why I have such a love-hate relationship with you. You can be such an ungrateful jerk! Sure Danny is a whiner and complains. But he does so due to being with you. That puts his life at harm's way.

In this final episode of the current season, Danny really showed his mettle by landing the plane safely with a severely wounded McGarrett on board and when Steve needed a liver transplant in order to survive, Danny was a match and never hesitated to help his buddy out.

Before this, in the previous episode, we saw the usual bickering by these 2 guys, but as always the episode showed that when the chips are down, they're there for each other. We also saw every cast member at that hospital praying for the gravely wounded Steve.

At least, Masa Oka, who portrays Dr. Max Bergman, is going on a sabbatical for 3 months for something like doctor's overseas. His return should be just in time when the show starts up in September.

This is without doubt the best season finale of Hawaii five-0 EVER! it had so many good flows and some intense cry moments! When the team discovers a meths epidemic, Danny and Steve go undercover as pilots, but when they are in the plane, other pilots from a helicopter shoot with some high fire at Steve, Danny and the dealer, but when Steve is seriously wounded, Danny is forced to break their cover to save Steve his life, now this is what fans love about the show, the Steve and Danny Bromance, and this episode shows you how close they really are, the fuel leaks out the plane so Danny is forced to land the plane on the water by some guy he was speaking too ( not sure who the guy was ) But Danny doesn't agree with that plan so he lands it on the beach, now this is where it gets really emotional, Steve needed a new lever or he was as good as dead, and he needed it very soon, the Danny offers his half of his lever, this was the most emotional and best scene in the history of this show, and then the doctors say that they are both gonna be okay, never had such a smile on my face in a series ever. And then of course the last scene we saw of course the two of them bicker with each other, of course i loved that moment to!

10/10 for this perfect season finale!
