Storyline

Alaric's study inspires a most daring plan of last resort to prevent Katherine from destroying everyone by hellfire. It requires one of the Salvatore brothers sacrificing himself to spend eternity in her hell, yet they bicker who needs more to do such ultimate penance, saving the others, including Elena. Enzo's spirit stands by Bonnie, after tapping into the twins' magic -Caroline standing by her groom Stefan- to make a Bennett coven stand stopping and reversing the hell fire summoned by Vicki Donovan using the Maxwell bloodline and the bell. One Salvatore comes up with a last crucial twist. Written by KGF Vissers
