- The main character has sex a couple of times throughout the series. There is some moaning and panting during each sex scene. We don't see any nudity in any of these scenes, and they are very brief. There is also a bit of dialogue about sex, body parts and sexual positions, often played for laughs.
- The main character's step mother has something called a "sexhibition," which is an exhibit that displays her entire sexual history. There is also a piece of art that displays a ton of erect penises, and scrotum nudity is also visible.
- There is a hand held sculpture of a fully nude woman made of gold.
- In the first episode, while at a bus stop, part of a drunken woman's breast and half her nipple hangs out the top of her shirt before Fleabag adjusts it for her.

- The show is a comedy but it has some really sad elements. It is mentioned that the main character's best friend Boo, killed herself after learning that her boyfriend cheated on her. In a shocking scene it is revealed that Boo's boyfriend cheated on her with the main character.
