I literally wanted to commit suicide after watching this movie

Like there is so much wrong in this movie The camera is handled in such an immature wah.

The sound quality is too bad.

Story is not build up.

Characters are non attachable.

And the action scenes? You wouldn't even realise what is happening on the screen because there are too many cute and bad angles, plus the visuals are outdated.

I left this movie when the intermission happened

There is an emotional scene which was taken all in one shot and i could literally see that the actor was continuously looking at the dialogues maybe written on the desk for her.

Overall i would say don't waste your time and money on movies like this Good luck.

Well after success of Maula jutt there were some more expectations from Zarar which it fails to deliver. There were so many flaws in this film .Loud sound on unnecessary scenes was awful. Heroine didn't act well although she had nice bottom figure. Romance was forced into tense scenes. Songs placement were wrong! The only good thing in movie was Shan itself he looked stunning at big screen but direction isn't his cup of tea i guess .Moreover lead actress didn't do justice with her role. Other than that repetitions of dialogue caused frustration .

There wasn't any twist in movie it was straight forward .I suggest you to not waste money on it unless you are die hard fan of shan!

The storyline is very flawed, direction looks like of a Tv Series. Its a high budget action and suspense but fails in everything, very loud and illogical background music in every scene. The actress could not do her worse in acting. This could not be matched with Maula Jutt and the standard it created for Pakistani cinema.

They spent alot in CGI which was not required instead they could do better story and characters which wasn't a requirement.

Dialogues are very average and normal TV series has better dialogues.

Overall its very average and you should wait for DVD or OTT instead of going cinema to watch this.

If I had to summarise the movie in one word, I would say it's 'forced.'

From head to toe, from the establishing shot to the end scene, from action to the placement of songs, everything was forced and outright bad.

5 minutes into the movie and I knew I had been made. That Shan with all his cynicism about other filmmakers and their tv-like films, with his image of the true film man, had fooled me dearly.

Who writes such childish dialogues? Who writes such a bad story? It was all so bad that I felt embarrassed that for some foreign cast members, this was their introduction to a Pakistani film.

It was as if a child directed that movie. A child who had just discovered slow-mo, hand-held camera sequences (or whatever that blurry crap was), and background music. Half the time, the background music was so loud and ill-placed that you won't even hear the dialogues.

The movie was so ill-planned that Urdu dubbing seemed like an after thought as half the characters were running their lips for English dialogues yet the voice coming out spoke Urdu. Urdu or English, the dialogues was plainly bad.

The only saving grace for the movie were its songs. Not their placement, not their picturization, but the melodies.

I am simply surprised that Zarrar is by the same storyteller who, in past, has given us a film like Zilleh Shah. Shan needs to stop directing himself because he isn't doing himself any favors there.

Man, the potential the idea had, yet...

Very disappointed. Was really looking forward to watching this movie, but it didn't turn out to be good. The story was decent but the direction was below average. Certain scenes didn't make any sense, they were all mixed up, seems like the director was very confused. The rôle alignment of the female lead was poorly executed. Movie was a mix of English & Urdu, shouldn't it be in one language "Urdu" ??

The kind of actor Shan is, was expecting better from him but sorry to say this was poorly done. I was expecting a "Waar" like performance by him, but i guess it didn't work out for him. I think the director (Shan) needs to work harder on the direction for future films otherwise making films like this will be a serious debacle.

The #Zarrar is Pure cinematic and seat catching movie. Outstanding performance of leads soecially #ShaanShahid as #Zarrar and #AdnanButt as #MahvirSingh both do full action sequences. Background Music quality awesome outclass Tim the musician of the film did a great JoB.

The Romantic scenes should not be there.

Fully Action Pack and Meeting all aspectations You must watch ignore the Romantic scenes if you donot want them just watch.

Overall Awesome a Pakistani Made Fully cinematic after #TheLegendOfMaulaJutt #Zarrar going through a spy journey that's even and never movie like made in Bollywood ever.

Bad script, bad acting, voice and lips weren't matching. Bad editing. Same generic story line. Don't know how Shaan Shahid, who claims to be a veteran and seasoned actor, gave the go-ahead after watching the final cut.

Please go and watch "Zero Dark Thirty" or "Body of Lies" or "Argo" to see how a spy movie should be. One hour of the movie should've not been there. Made no sense. Kiran Malik - bad acting. Waste of time.

In a genre like this, you don't need to force any romance. He's less of a spy and more of a model, with those aviators. Terrible depiction of a intelligence officer/operative. One man on a unrealistic killing spree. Unnecessary gore and splitting of veins and worst of all, unbelievable action sequences.

Seems like ego gets in the way or learning and self-improvement.

The plot is quite well done, and it does a wonderful job at building suspense and interest in the viewer. The action sequences in the movie are shot quite well, and they add a great deal of excitement and mystery to the story. Incredible entertaining. There was absolutely nothing further that could have been done to make the writing or the dialogue any better. The action continues without a break in the plot even though. Only one thing to draw attention attention that the movie is running at an excessively fast pace.

The final fight was portrayed as an idealized picture of perfection and is greatly appreciated.

Didn't expect it to be as good as Waar. Or even O21. But it certainly wasn't as good as it could've been. Or should've been.

Such a waste of money and beekar film litereally i am thinking about filling a suit to shan shahid yar itni bkwas movie na koi proper story line bekar romance and literally hell. Shan should be banned in Pakistan for such pathetic movies .

First of all they criticize people do not watch pakistani movies and go for hollywood or bollywood do they think producing such movies people will praise them out . Even tamil movies are so much 100 times better than these . The maula jatt is a masterpiece we do appreciate movies like those and some other but shaan please get out of your such ideology dont be a super man if you can not represent our pak hero please chosse other topics no please do not produce any movies.

Watched the Movie yesterday in full house.

Loved the cinematography and was pleasantly surprised with an engaging story that kept the interest.

Music and Sings could have been better and Shaan needs to work on them in future endeavors.

The heroine although a newcomer has performed strongly against a seasoned actor like Shaan.

The Villains are also good.

Investment done on foreign talent and technology can do wonders for the movie and overall Pakistani cinema history.

With Maula Jatt, and then Zarrar, it seems Pakistani cinema is standing up strongly. Looking forward to more of such entertaining packages.
