The conversation of both Brooke and Caroline with their dates does not work out very smoothly. With Robin, Bill arranged a photographer to take a snapshot of his daughter and her date together with a column in next day's newspaper. Caroline is very surprised when she spots Brooke with someone else. And the Forrester brothers can't get over the fact their former ladies already hanging out with someone else. Both single ladies do not feel like it very much, but end up taking a chance and at the same restaurant no less. Bill speaks to Robin, one of his society editors, to plant a story about Caroline's availability in the paper. Margo thinks it is a rather bad idea. Meanwhile, Thorne expresses his concerns about Deveney Dixon's strange behavior to Ridge. The brothers decide to get a drink, also at the Cafe Russe. The blind dates of Caroline and Brooke get off to a rather chilly start, especially when the women spot each other.
