The Carters are a normal family from Milton Keynes - until 11-year-old son Harry creates a social networking app that takes the world by storm. American tech tycoon Trent Zebrisky snaps up the app.
After the Carter's cause a scene at a local restaurant, Oliver attempts to repair their reputation by arranging an interview with a national newspaper in which they can show that fame and fortune haven't gone to their heads.

Harry and Honc are in trouble when a boy Harry met at computer camp claims he helped create the app. When the boy's parents threaten to sue, Liz and Tony make matters worse by trying to resolve the issue themselves.
