Unsatisfying Brit Porn from Dorcel
lor_1 September 2016
Liselle Bailey joined the Marc Dorcel orbit last year directing in London two loosely related features about promiscuity. This one is a barely passable Tarra White vehicle, showing the Czech star playing around while the other similarly titled "Ma fille est une putain" has Dorcel discovery Lea Guerlin similarly humping every man in sight.

In both films the post-production vagaries of recent Dorcel efforts help sink the project. This one has White and the rest of the cast poorly dubbed, while in "Fille" Dorcel went further and has all of Bailey's recorded dialog suppressed - you can't hear what any actors are saying, only some dumb and contradictory narration laid over. I don't know which botch is worse.

Also harming "Femme" is casting: only two women in the cast performing sex, while director Bailey and other British actresses pop up briefly in non-sex roles. With Tarra overstaying her welcome front and center constantly, the role of her daughter went to newcomer Leyla Morgan who is totally inexpressive, unsuccessful as a sex performer. By contrast, Bailey piloted Guerlin to an arresting performance in the daughter role in "Fille" and she could have easily filled the smaller role of White's kid in this one too.

There's no script credit, and very little in the way of story occurs, just White having sex with every available man, including co-worker in her office Juan Lucho. Supposedly cute twist finale that follows after an impromptu White gang-bang is so predictable it is embarrassing.

White looks great and is flatteringly photographed, but that hardly justifies a feature film. I've seen her perform in dozens of movies and this is not among her must-sees. As for Bailey, who has a spotty output directing dating back to her JoyBear debut in 2009, I'm unimpressed.
