Why is there only one episode? I'm Italian from Chicago. Boy does this hit home. More episodes please!!!!!! I love Paola. (And Vinny, too.) My Aunt was the best cook in the family and she taught me mom. They're both gone now as is my other Aunt and all my uncles. This show is like having family back again if only for half an hour. I would really love to see more of this loving duo. Food Network please take note. Enough of playing "The Kitchen"25 times a day (okay, so that's an exaggeration - but not by much). Ditto Pioneer Woman and Trisha Yearwood, though I enjoy them both. This show is something unique and far different from the usual fare. Again - more please.
