Following sedation, Maggie awakens to find herself in restraints. Mike gently and calmly explains that Matt was telling the truth about Frank, but Maggie begins to get agitated again and wants to be released from the restraints. Althea worries about how long it's taking John to come out of the coma, and Nick attempts to reassure her that John's vital signs are improving to normal levels. Althea torments herself for causing John's accident. She says that as soon John wakes up, she wants to tell him that she loves Nick. After Nick sends Althea out, he implores John to come out of the coma. Mike insists to Hank that Vito is totally out of the picture; meanwhile, Vito phones Nick from New York to remind him that he's interested in working for him at Hope Memorial. Althea visits Maggie to apologize for coming on so strongly the day Maggie was in her apartment. She's shocked when Maggie says that she hasn't seen Althea since she got back from Trinidad. Maggie begins to cry. She says that nothing lasts forever...love, hope, second honeymoons. Everything is all over.
