This episode centers around Bailey, Robbins, and Wilson going to a prison to treat a young inmate who is pregnant. really doesn't connect the storyline much from the prior episode to the next one. but that's ok! i loved the story, seemed well-written and well played.

Not PC and not real.

It is no matter how violent the offender is it's illegal to shackle or restrain and inmate past 6 months of labor. Also, a four-point restraint bed is an actual bed made for restraining. It is a large rubber bed with special restraints. It is not a gurney with four sets of handcuffs. Plus, if the hospital doctor is complaining about supplies and she needs to make noise until she's heard. Other than this it was a very good episode.
Violent Pregnant Teenager

This Episode begins with Arizona, Bailey and Jo, they are on their way to help a pregnant patient in a prison hospital. The name of the patient is Kristen. Kristen is a violent teenage prisoner. Arizona makes a ultrasound of Kristen her baby. Kristen says that she will kill Jo if she tells personal information about Kristen to others. Kristen gave birth to her daughter Hannah. Bailey tells Arizona and Jo that Alex is going to prison. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 13, this was a good spin-off Episode of a pregnant violen teenager. Great to see these kind of realistic Episodes now and then!

Might be weird for some, but I love it, so much. It's a nice break from all the never-ending drama revolving the grey-sloan doctors. It's raw and emotional, I cried like hell and felt real pain. That last line arizona said to the mother... she freakin deserved it, i hate her SO MUCH. Really hope kristen's okay

A nice change where only three are the focus in a different sort of episode with prison being a focus which, was rather poignant perhaps given the previous episode's revelations in a way and what Alex did at the end of it.
However, once again Jo proves to be extremely annoying and self centred in several ways just like Amelia is. Both of them are possibly the most narcissistic and self absorbed people the show ever had till now and only really listen to their own voices and need validation to feel any sense of worth.
Jo once again only wants her world and "I just want the world to be good. And be wrong. And have sunshine" without caring about anything else. Just like before when all she wanted was for the attendings to know she was around. Or how she's important to Alex even though Meredith just lost Derek back then.
Amelia as well with her crazy emotions and lack of self worth being attached to even crazier emotional outbursts.
For all the annoying moments other characters like Arizona or Callie and even Meredith had, they all grew or outgrew most of it and evolved while Amelia and Jo seem to be more and more intolerable or just hover around the same old nonsense.
Alex told Jo to never let anyone call her trash but nobody needs to because she live her whole life seeking validation and being so insecure and self absorbed enough for it to just show the kind of person she really is in several ways.
The wrong Shepherd was killed off the show and the wrong resident/intern (Mousey) died in season 9 too.

Every now and then Grey's will put out an episode of zero relevance to the story lines that keep the viewers engaged- this episode was no exception. Only in the last minute did it reference anything from episodes up to this point, but the viewers still learned nothing after the cliffhanger we were left with in November. This whole episode seemed more about exposing the viewers to the shortcomings of our prison system than telling us the story we came to hear. As a long time Grey's fan, I frequently question why I still tune in. Truth is, the core group of characters still draws me back, so stick to the stories we want to hear, not political agendas or pointless side stories.

And infuriating too. All these bleeding hearts, waltzing in the prison, like they own the place. Being judgmental and rude, without knowing anything from anyone. Especially their own patient, that clearly did something so awful, her own mother don't want anything to do with her. I hate how ridiculously PC the show can be sometimes. It really is a reflection of today's bad mentalities.
