Better than TTG v PPG.
What's not to like about this episodes besides "It's Teen Titans Go?" Unlike other Teen Titans Go episodes, this actually pays respect to the original with Robin's opening speech showing images of them from the original Teen Titans. The titans are more likable than they are in TTG v PPG because while they didn't care about fighting super villains in that, here they actually do care about fighting villains. They know they used to fight superheroes, but they just forgot how to do it because of lots of other silly things they've been doing in the last 3 seasons of this show.
In TTG v PPG the Powerpuff girls are the straight man to the Teen Titans, who are all just uncaring jerks about being bad villain fighters. This dynamic works better in Shrimps and Prime Rib because Robin is the straight man to the other Titans being silly and misunderstanding his instructions, which leads to a lot of really good jokes I don't want to spoil here. However, I can tell you right now that Teen Titans Go finally nailed down how to be a parody of the original Teen Titans after 3 1/2 years. Just like when The Simpsons in Dark Knight Court finally figured out how to have something good come from bad characters becoming out of character after 23 years, as well as destroying originally established material that you would otherwise complain about getting old and not being funny for the past 2 decades.
I just have 1 sentence to make you want to see this episode: "How could we (the Teen Titans) forget the core aspect of what makes us who we are?"
