In the serie's first episode we are introduced to one of the oldest LGBT families around. The D'Matthah's came into existence 16 years ago in Mauá (SP), and promote militant activities aimed at offering shelter and promoting public policies for the betterment of the LGBT community. We accompany the family's endeavors at Maua's Human Rights and Citizenship Council , one of the creations of the D'Matthah family itself as well as at the Reference and Defense Center for Human Rights in São Paulo. We will accompany the daily routine of three of its members: Fuh Miguel, founding father, who does his best to conciliate the demands made on him by his militancy and his love life; Jeh Evans, Fuh Miguel's adoptive brother, up in arms against their biological father a homophobic street dweller; and Josh Leone, who is beginning high school again and has to sit down with his father, Fuh Miguel, to listen to his advice on a big novelty.

Learn more about the best-known family in São Paulo, the Vallentyne Lawinny Family, a name imbued with notions of valiance. Founded in 2004, their objective is protecting those who frequent the city center. Douglas, the family's father, has frequently come to the aid of his children against homophobic attacks or the cowardly aggressions of other families - which he prefers to call gangs. In this episode we will accompany the daily routine of the Vallentyne Lawinny family father as he works as DJ and amateur soccer referee and recalls one of his more marking cases of violence; see how the Lawinny members promote the family name in funk shows and rehearsals as they fight to make their dreams come true; understand more about how the LGBT Family Consulate, a militant organization of the union of all the families, clears the way for Maart Beul, Douglas's son, to continue down his path of surmounting obstacles and enhancing his empowerment.

Meet the Mad Queens, the newest arrival in the series, carrying a name inspired by royalty. Created only one year ago, its members are princes, lords, dukes and empresses. Commanding over the royal court is King Luís, who works the nightlife with Flávia Caldeirão and today reigns over, beside the family, a quimbanda cult grounds. Born from within the heart of another family, its members decided for emancipation four years ago and ever since then have been promoting encounters and discussions on the rights and behavior of LGBTs both at home and in public spaces. Deal with the problems and affections of biological parents through the POV of Lobinho, the family's second father and experience the challenges involved in being the head of a family when you are only 20 years old; and then, with Debora, find out what it is like being a single mom as a teenager; and then, with Gabi, discover the responsibilities of a 15 year-old girl who takes care of her younger sisters while dreaming of a future better than that of her own mother.

The last episode in the series revolves around the most active and political of the families, the Stronger Family. It was founded 19 years ago as a way in which to deal with the threats and holdups commonly taking place downtown, while today their activities and endeavors extrapolate any kind of restriction. Follow in the wake of Elvis Justino, the political leader of the Stronger, as he deals with government agencies and civilian committees such as the Social Assistant Secretariat and the Gay Pride Association in which the family is a member; share the expectations of Diana, Elvis's granddaughter, as she searches for a place to live in which she won't feel offended; and then find out how Lyka, Elvis's daughter and single mother of two kids, has inspired Stronger to take part in a social project aimed at coming to the aid of high-risk LGBT communities.
