Once again we're being besieged with what is seemingly the writer's favorite cop drama trope: the dirty cop.

One thing that disturbs me is, wasn't it established at least 2 episodes ago that Christina's new boyfriend is a dirty cop? And didn't we see him breaking into her computer? So why is it taking so long for everyone else to discover he's a fraud? What are they waiting for?

Seems like the only person actually doing any police work is John. He alone has caught on to the fact that Paul is hiding something.

And what was that childhood stuff with Professor T? Who CARES what happened in his childhood? The events of our childhood do NOT matter. The only thing that matters is our reaction to them. And whether we re-evaluate them from the perspective of an adult. IMHO, that was nothing but wasted footage.

The various scenes lacked a definitive cohesion resulting in an episode that was all over the map.
