Confusion of the Kennedy Assassination and the plot to kill Fidel Castro is the basic foundation in this episode.

When Jerry's female friend takes a fatal bullet while meeting with him, 5-0 takes over the case and soon learns that she had revealing information on the assassination of JFK, and as she was getting closer to show his cabinet involved, she too fell to an assassin's bullet.

The theories and the flashback scenes of 50 years ago with the cabinet meeting in Hawaii are interesting, but the ending makes you feel that the lady really took a bullet for absolutely nothing. The brief side-bar of Danny and his friend discussing the dating of their children with each other just shows that this will be a new quirk in this show.

As that over in McGarrett and Danny try to find the killer of Jerry's female friend over wanting to find the piece of the puzzle in the JFK conspiracy there.

But when the case over in the JFK going to Hawaii and feeling that there was a conspiracy as the arrogant FBI tried to take over and warned Steve of interfering but it was the other way around.

Of course Five 0 does not give up there. And in the end, Steve gets the arrogant fed and the fed messed with the wrong person there. As Steve says he did not care who he works for. And Steve is a hard man to intimidate due to being a Navy SEAL.

But it was not the JFK conspiracy that got Jerry's friend killed but over in a cleaning company as the agent should had warned her to stay away or get her before she got killed but he did not do a good job.

The dating with Danny's Grace and Captain Lou's son there will be a huge mini storyline there.
