The title in english translates into "Two Days in November"
Jerry mentions that John F. Kennedy was the first president to visit the USS Arizona Memorial and McGarrett adds that every president after him followed his precedent and visited it. This may be inferred by some to mean that Presidents Eisenhower, Truman and Franklin D. Roosevelt were negligent in not visiting the memorial. However, Eisenhower first approved the building of the memorial in 1958 and it was not completed until 1962 when Kennedy was the incumbent president. Therefore, there was no USS Arizona Memorial for Eisenhower, Truman and Roosevelt to visit.
In the beginning of the episode, Jerry refers to a phone booth and says "...like the TARDIS". The TARDIS is actually a 1960's Police Box (which was a police call box, containing a telephone connected to the local police station, and also acted as a mini police office)
TARDIS may have been a police box, but Jerry's reference here is to the acronym TARDIS -- "Time And Relative Dimension In Space" -- the time machine in Dr. Who.
