Interesting subject, but a very one sided. Don't know why they have "specialists" commenting on the subject when their specialist lie in a completely different field.For example they talk a lot with Dr. cappuccino, who has a phd in Italian literature, she states that nurses can not be annoyed by a patient like a teacher by a pupil. To my knowledge most nurses are human and have feelings and get annoyed, they just can't let it effect their care for the patient
