The Christmas episode of the first series of 'Speechless' is actually for me not one of its better outings.
The reason for this is because I could see the twist with the 'lost' van coming a mile off. That's not to say I didn't enjoy the episode, or I didn't find it interesting to see how the twist would occur, it's just that I could see it coming from the moment it was revealed that Maya (Minnie Driver) forgets where she parks.
I wish they'd do something a bit more/different with the sister character, because right now other than being loud, she doesn't really bring much to the show. It's a shame because everything else works.
So yes, not my favourite episode, but still enjoyable.
