Best Episode of Season 13 Yet

This episode featured 4 mini-subplots - one with Dennis, one with Dee, one with Frank, and one with Charlie and Mac - and each was reasonably amusing, forming an episode that was entertaining, but fairly standard... until the final 5 minutes, when each of the subplots reached their conclusions, in one of the most entertaining 5 minutes of television I have seen in a long time.
Classic Sunny

Easily up as a favourite or top three episode.
The boundary pushing is true to the sunny humour.
It's clear to see our beloved gang are falling more into their caricatures with every passing season and this episode doesn't hold back on any of it.
A must watch.

Warning: Spoilers
Just want to chime in with the general sentiment here: the scene with the kids is the funniest thing ever. It's the way it was set up, with Charlie & Mac meeting a boyhood bully. It's all so clear now: if you were bullied at school,...just beat up the now adult bully's kids!!!!
Charlies & Mac Relive Their Youth

Warning: Spoilers
In "The Gang Gets New Wheels" the group looks at how their vehicles define each of them. Dennis is forced to buy a used Prius after discovering his Range Rover is destroyed. This leads him to start leading a more economic, safer, more traditional lifestyle. Frank buys himself a new Range Rover but Dee gets to drive it around since Frank has to go to drivers ed to get his license renewed. There he befriends a high schooler he wants to cheat off of to pass. Dee starts hanging around trophy wives because of the prestige of her new car. Charlie and Mac buy themselves BMX bikes to try to recapture their youth.
This is already the 2nd classic episode of the season, we're off to a pretty good start. Charlie and Mac's subplot is probably my favorite. I liked their Stepbrothers-esque final scene with the children. Dee taking on Dennis's sociopathic tendencies with the Range Rover is also pretty great. If they can continue to churn out content like this, who says they can't let this show ride on forever?

a C+ episode

There was not a real strong arc in this episode, just pretty mundane events happening in parallel, compared to crazy/hilarious stuff which happened in past seasons. No character really shined in this episode and no memorable scene for me.

Warning: Spoilers
This season has not been good so far, but there are still a few moments every week that make you really laugh.
That moment came with Charlie and Mac beating up children which wouldn't work outside of the absurdist universe this show is in.
Overall, a very odd episode. I don't know where to begin with Dennis' story.
