I didn't really care for the Maya/Jimmy/Kenneth storyline, but the main plot is the one centring on the others (and Dylan, oddly) going to prom.
I liked the internal struggle that they put the character of Ray through, and it was nice that J. J ended up helping other people enjoy prom in their own way.
All in all, this is another solid episode of a show that has really grown on me as it has gone through its first series.
It manages to combine a great balance of heart and humour, showing how a disabled teenager navigates not only family life, but trying to have the best experience of life he can.
