This episode opens up with a cutesy musical number Max leads. It's just a dream expressing his love for summer. What a way to start this new season!
When the song finishes, CJ and Steve announce they will get married in Japan at the end of the summer. Everyone is shocked at where the ceremony is being held. There is still a part of DJ that is still a bit upset. And even though she is with Matt, they work too much and barely have any time together.
Jackson is heading to summer school for history. As Stephanie says "You could put Selena Gomez in his lunch kit and it ain't gonna help." So true. There, he meets a goth-looking girl named Rocki. They may clash, but we all know where it will go. Plus her mother happens to be none other than GIa.
Jimmy moves his rv to a Costco parking lot. There, him and Steph see Fernando with another woman. Predictably, it's a real estate agent. He buys the Gibbler house from next door. But Kimmy will not leave.
This episode was just a series in setting up story arcs and continuing DJ's. So this wasn't a great episode considering its intentions, but I still liked it.
