It is interesting episode all about relationships.
Pierce/ Cain try to be dead and his pat is a bit different then I supposed.
Maze on the edge.
Charlotte wants to understand the blackouts but all of it impossible. May be later. Amenadiel tells the truth to Charlotte.
Pierce is fit the old times, it is really nice to see Tom Welding. It will be magnificent if he has his own show. Timetraveller detective or something goes on 50s.

Warning: Spoilers
A killer is targeting couples and leaving their murdered bodies, seemingly for the old bill to locate, Pearce is far older than he can ever let on to his current work colleagues.
This is a a shame as it may be easier if he could only say to them, that he had also worked on the original murder investigation.
Pearce has always kept himself at arms length from personal involvement, but is he contemplating a change in a long lifetime, and could he be starting to feel something for Chloe Decker.
Lucifer certainly thinks it's more of a racing certainty, than a mere probability and yes he is suffering, from the green eyed monster.
Amenadial runs into Charlotte Richards and commits, a serious blunder into making an identity assumption, he then compounds his error by blurting out his intense feelings.
She is currently going through a serious psychological crises, and his intensity disarms her such that she desperately seeks assistance, to help her cope with her feelings.
Therapist Linda Martin is caught in an unfortunate bind between her, conflicting feelings and loyalties both professionally and personally.

No one enjoys watching a jealous loser fume for 45 minutes

Lucifer's entire character profile is thrown out the window in this episode. He's not a breezy, in control playboy, he's not carefree or confident, he's just jealous, whiny and unsure, and it's a chore to sit through. I haven't seen season 4 yet but I get the impression things pick up, and thank God for that (lol) cus I am losing patience with the direction this show is takin in the second half of season 3.
Even Maze's B story is devoid of entertainment value. She's been seriously cruel and petty toward the show's kindest characters for what, four episodes now? And it's getting really old. That plotline needs to move forward or fade away because it's been drawn out far too long already.

Cain Getting Out Of His Negative Views On Life

Warning: Spoilers
Ella hilariously tells Lucifer the detective and Marcus definitely boned. Lucifer says the detective doesn't "bone", she is much more sophisticated than that.
I loved this episode as we flashback to Cain being a detective and it is Old Hollywood style. A blonde woman who owns the bar notices Cain.
Fast forward and Cain is shocked to see her granddaughter, a replica of her grandmother. He is sad to see his loved ones die as he is immortal.
Cain goes for it and makes sure to not have regrets. He romantically takes Chloe on a date.

What happened in season 3.5 of lucifer? The writing stincks. It is not even remotely funny, and the drama is through the roof..The absolute worst part is it is now a woman's show and only that...And I know i just complained about the drama...But if your telling me Lucifer is not interested in the detective than...WTF has this show been about for 3 years?..And no devil, angel sings, supernatural stuff at all...none at all? Lucifer didn't even try to Whats your desire"..Even when it was needed.....Sigh...I loved the start of season 3 and Pierce.. Lucifer and Pierce are great together...
What is happening?!

Lucifer is becoming a very hard programme to watch. He is now a whiny crybaby man child, 'boo hoo, Chloe doesn't like me' 'waahh how can I be as unhelpful as possible so she notices me'.
Nothing worthy of a fantasy show happens. No magic or wonder.
Even bada$$ Maze is behaving like a lovelorn lunatic, as opposed to the angry violent lunatic we know and love.
I'm about done with this show. If it doesn't turn a corner soon I'll have to give up.
