Loved the first three seasons. Watched 3 into fourth season and was bored. "The Affair" is now about the back and forth arguing between ex spouses. Totally lost interest.

The idea of having a story seen from different point of view was intriguing and it worked well for the first two seasons. The third one felt already forced.
I am following this fourth one only out of decreasing curiously. I really hope they will wrap up this show that has no reasons to continue.
In this episode Cole is still thorn between Louisa and Alison, despite all the chaos Alison brings with her. You'd wonder why allegedly responsible adults would waste so much time with "feelings" than bring only misery, but I guess people are stupid and never learn.
Alison is still doing her ditzy Alison thing, being careless with business and entering into yet another relationship which does not look too good.
