I love this show, in particular the panel of experts sections. In this episode however, the panel included a comedian, a personal trainer, and a psychologist, and no experts in nutrition, why? As far as I can tell the only person even remotely qualified to give nutrition advice is the personal trainer, and they hardly let her get a word in.
