Shot in pristine and aesthetic black and white "Post-Mortem" is deviant cinema that chills and tickles. A wretched wuss of a shutterbug takes his frustrations out on anyone and anything: a girlfriend, associates, work, the air he breathes in. One night after an almighty row with his chick he goes out for a walk and witnesses a scenario that would trigger something in his litter-riden head that would lead him to an infernal descent into madness. Unsettling and amusing the film is a foray to the dark regions of the mind and a disturbing look into society's hidden corners you don't want to see. Moving in good measure with a twist of fantasy at the unexpected albeit disappointing and anti-climactic ending the film is a compelling view from start to finish. Not your typical film fare it's good to see these daring films still being made in these times. Now strike a pose.
