Great woodworking show
jeromemccrary29 May 2018
This is a show that I'm honestly glad it's on DIY instead of HGTV. Clint shows how work is performed, not just beginning and end result. The building of the item and the craftsmanship is the main reason I tune in. I really enjoy the chemistry Clint and his wife have along with Clint's goofy outlook on life.

Maybe one day I can afford the domino jig he uses or an internet stranger will be kind.

Would if I could do wood with Clint and Kelly

I really enjoy the show. Clint is so down to earth but full of details and insights to wood projects and his experience. The variety of projects keep your interest. I've learned so much. This couple have a great customer approach I'm hooked.

Great show!

I love watching this show! I'd watch any show that features Clint and Kelly. I'm glad the Haros have their own show. I also stopped in his store in Waco. His pieces are just as beautiful in real life as they are on TV.

Nothing special

Warning: Spoilers
I'm not sure why Clint gets the accolades he gets from his "custom" pieces. They are uber simple and lack any real character. I just watched a show where he put some shelves on the wall and used metal shelf supports that looked like they came out of a 1990's closet. Does he not know how to do floating shelves? Most of the tables he makes look like they come out of college frat houses. I'm being dead serious. There is nothing unique about his creations. You can find the same stuff at any Home Goods store. The only difference is that he uses reclaimed wood, which he tends to automatically call antique wood. Reclaimed does not mean antique. Every piece of pine he's reclaimed he calls antique pine. Something about the chip and joanna crew, including chip and joanna, makes them not want to do any finishing work. They don't putty over nail holes. They screw decorative items right into the wall and the screw is still showing on the decorative piece. For example, a mirror with a wood frame was screwed directly through the wood frame into the wall. Tacky.
